The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is appealing for information regarding a video of a woman burning a puppy’s eyes with a cigarette and breaking its limbs.
Several Stompers alerted Stomp to the video that was circulating on WhatsApp.
Due to its graphic nature, Stomp will not be publishing the video.
SPCA published a post on their Facebook page at 1.08pm on Friday (Aug 30) which has since garnered over 3,100 reactions and over 3,700 shares.
In response to a Stomp query, SPCA said: “There are indications that the incident may not have occurred in Singapore but we are exploring all possibilities and urgently appealing for credible information to seek justice for the puppy.
