Tipper truck driver arrested after multi-vehicle accident on the PIE

The accident, involving a tipper truck, private van and prison van occurred along the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) towards Changi Airport on Friday (May 13), caused a massive jam. Two prison inmates were sent to hospital.
