Swimmers Joseph Schooling, Theresa Goh to receive National Day Awards

The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth says Joseph Schooling will receive the Meritorious Service Medal (Pingat Jasa Gemilang) while Theresa Goh is to be presented the Public Service Star (Bintang Bakti Masyarakat).
