Powerhouse vocalist Sunidhi Chauhan will be in Singapore on Sept 30 to stage a live concert and get the audience grooving to her foot-tapping numbers.

Presented by entertainment and event management firm Out of The Box Creationz, the show will be held at the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre Level 6, Hall 601 – 604.

Sunidhi, 33, is the master of dual tone voice and is a powerful stage performer.

Her husky and mellow voice has won hearts all over the world with tracks like Kamli from Dhoom 3, Mere Sang from New York, Bhage Re Mann from Chameli, Gun Gun Guna from Agneepath, Sheila Ki Jawani from Tees Maar Khan, Desi Girl from Dostana and more.

Sunidhi believes that her audience feels more comfortable in hearing her sing item songs and she made a “name because of that genre”.

Her music appeals to the masses also because of the varied elements of pop, hip hop and R&B.

Apart from Hindi, Sunidhi, has sung a number of songs in films in other languages such as Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Assamese, Marathi, Gujarati and Nepali. She has also recorded with Spanish artiste Enrique Iglesias for Heartbeat (India mix).

Popularly known as the Bollywood Singing Diva, Sunidhi, who started performing on stage at the age of five, has been bestowed with many awards including Bollywood’s most prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award.

Sunidhi, who considers melody queen Lata Mangeshkar and American singer-songwriter Beyonce her role models, has received praise from veteran artistes.

Besides other eminent celebrities in the industry, Lata called her the “Numero Uno” (best or most important) singer of the generation and said: “Sunidhi can sing all kinds of songs. And her voice and style have all the elements that Gen-Now hankers after.”

Besides her career in music, Sunidhi has also contributed to various charities. She is associated with social causes like working for the underprivileged children, where she contributes to the safety of them by doing charity shows, donating money and buying clothes.

Sunidhi Chauhan Live coincides with the Hindu festivities which begin on Oct 1 with Navratri followed by Ram Navami, Dussehra, Karva Chauth, Deepavali and Bhai Dooj.
