Stand-up comedian Eddie Izzard coming to Singapore for the first time

SINGAPORE – Fans of English stand-up comedian Eddie Izzard here can catch him live on Feb 27 next year.

The 54-year-old is bringing his popular tour Force Majeure to Singapore for the first time, with tickets going on sale via Sistic from 9am this Sunday (Dec 4). They are priced at $98, $108, $148 and $158, exclusive of booking fee.

Izzard, also a writer and an actor who appeared in films like Ocean’s Twelve, began his career as a street performer in London’s Covent Garden.

Force Majeure was started in 2013, and has gone around Europe and the US. Izzard is slated to continue bringing the show to Australia, New Zealand, India, Nepal and East Asia.
