We’ve all heard tales of generous bosses giving money and lavish gifts as rewards to their employees.

But how does a paid vacation with your family sound?

Taiwanese model-actress Lin Chi-ling made us turn green with envy when she recently went on an overseas trip with her staff and their families.

On Monday (Jan 23), the 42-year-old actress shared a photo on Instagram where she is surrounded by her team.

And this appears to be an annual tradition too, as the photo caption read: “Our annual staff vacation. Everyone has worked hard.”
