SINGAPORE: Singapore’s Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan will pay an official visit to the Middle East from Saturday (March 19) to next Wednesday.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said on Friday night that he would visit Bahrain, the Palestinian territories and Israel.
“Minister Balakrishnan’s visit will reaffirm Singapore’s warm and friendly relationship with its partners in the Middle East,” the foreign ministry added.
He will be accompanied by Rahayu Mahzam, Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Communications and Information, and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
