SINGAPORE: Two men in their 50s are investigating a nuisance case at a restaurant in Punggol, police said on Tuesday (March 15).
Police said they received a “call for assistance at a food shop along Tebing Lane” about 8.25pm on Saturday.
Police said two men allegedly displayed unruly behaviour towards several service staff, who allegedly threw a plate onto the floor before leaving the premises.
Officers identified the men, aged 55 and 59, through ground investigations and CCTV footage.
A widely circulated Facebook post on Sunday described an incident at Fat Po, a restaurant in Tebing Lane, claiming two men were aggressive and hostile towards restaurant staff.
Public nuisance is punishable by imprisonment for up to three months, a fine of up to S$2,000, or both.
