Filipino President Rodríguez Dutett threatened to embezzle government officials who could be thrown out of a helicopter over the air, warning him to have done it before, without questioning again.
The ebullient former prosecutor said he had a Chinese suspected of rape and murder helicopters. “If you’re corrupt, I’ll take you to Manila with a helicopter and I’ll throw you out, I’ve done it before, why do not I do it again?” Duterte said during a speech on Tuesday’s typhoon victims, Video feed in the presidential office.
