Percentage of ORNSmen recalled in last 3 years has steadily increased: K Shanmugam

Mr Shanmugam said the percentage of ORNSmen being called up was 76.9 per cent in 2013, and it rose to 77.9 per cent the following year. In 2015, it reached 81.4 per cent, he added.
