Actress Park Shin-hye has become the target of online bashing after she updated her Instagram account about Coldplay tickets on Wednesday.
Park failed to get tickets for the upcoming Coldplay concert in Seoul, and she took to her Instagram to voice her disappointment.
She wrote, “Coldplay fail … sob. I want to go …”
Online users began speculating that her post was an attempt to get tickets from her fans, which in turn led to a backlash.
Celebrities have used their stardom to get what they want from fans in the past.
Boyband g.o.d member Danny Ahn once wrote that he wanted an LG Twins jacket, and a few days later he was given one by his fans.
He then posted that he needed tickets for the finals and a few days later he uploaded a photo of himself at the finals with the jacket and ticket.
