BTS’ music video for “Blood, Sweat and Tears” has surpassed 100 million views on YouTube as of Monday at around 5:30 p.m.

The music video became the second-fastest K-pop group to reach the milestone, less than 134 days after its release.

“Blood, Sweat and Tears” is the third music video by BTS to attract more than 100 million views on YouTube. “Dope” hit over 100 million views on YouTube as of Oct. 21, while “Fire” attracted more than 100 million views as of Jan. 21.

BTS also broke its own personal record for fastest-rising YouTube video.

“Not Today” from the boy group’s latest album “Wings: You Never Walk Alone” surpassed nearly 11 million views within 24 hours, which is a record for a K-pop group. “Spring Day,” the lead track from the same album, marked nearly 9.5 million views in 24 hours as well.

More than a month after French police arrested the suspected robbers of reality TV star Kim Kardashian, investigators are piecing together what happened – they just have not found the jewels yet.

Ten suspects were charged last month in connection with the hold-up of Kardashian, who was robbed at gunpoint in October of jewellery worth €9 million (S$13 million) while she was staying at a luxury residence for Paris fashion week.

Those arrested in Paris and the south of France include Aomar Ait Khedache, known as “Old Omar”, thought to be the ringleader of the gang.

In questioning, the 60-year-old said the prize of the haul – a ring with an 18.88-carat, nearly flawless diamond, was too “identifiable” to sell.

He told investigators he gave the €4 million ring to someone whose identity he refuses to divulge, according to statements from his questioning seen by AFP.

Five men, some wearing jackets with police insignia, held Kardashian at gunpoint on the night of Oct 2, making off with several pieces of gold and diamond jewellery as well as the ring.

One of the robbers, Yunis Abbas, fleeing the scene on a bicycle, dropped a diamond-encrusted cross worth €30,000, which was found by a passer-by a few hours later.

It remains the only piece to be recovered from the heist.

Khedache told investigators that the other jewellery was dismantled, with the gold melted down into bars.

“There must have been 800 or so grams, worth €25,000 or €28,000,” he said, in testimony revealed by Le Monde newspaper last month.

As for the remaining diamonds, a source close to the inquiry told AFP they had probably been sold.

After the robbery, the police quickly turned their focus to Antwerp in Belgium, where another suspect, 64-year-old Marceau Baum-Gartner – known as “Shredded Nose” – went on eight occasions between Oct 7 and Dec 23.

Khedache accompanied him on two of those visits to Antwerp, a jewellery-trading hub.

“It seems that Marceau was having trouble getting rid of the loot during his first trips, and the situation with ‘Omar’ got tense,” the source said.

Unaware that their phones were tapped, Khedache was heard telling Baum-Gartner in November that the ring’s sale “was supposed to be done within eight days… it’s been a month.”

On Dec 5, Khedache gave three of his accomplices an advance on the sale. Three days later, he went once again to Antwerp with Baum-Gartner.

Investigators think most of the pieces were sold during the trip, because several of the suspects started spending freely.

Some bought cars, while Baum-Gartner asked a property agent about buying land on a €100,000 budget.

But most of the gang never saw the colour of the money. On Jan 9, the police arrested 17 people, most of them with ties to organised crime, and the raids turned up a total of €250,000.

Ten suspects have been charged, but only Khedache and Abbas have admitted taking part in the robbery. The eight others deny any involvement.

HONG KONG – In a rare interview, actress Rosamund Kwan opened up about her varied love life.

When asked by talk show host Chen Luyu which of her relationships was with the love of her life, Kwan, 54, answered: “Every one was my favourite. That’s past, it’s history.”

Which break-up was the most painful then?

Hinting at her divorce from billionaire Pierre Chen, she said: “In the past, it was more dramatic. I might be sad one or two days. This time it’s longer because we lived together for a long time – seven years!”

So she was sad “maybe more than two days”.

Although the beauty is no longer active in cinema, intimations of her love life still keep the media busy.

A year after she announced her split with Chen, 59, in 2015, she was rumoured to be dating Super Junior-M singer Zhou Mi, 30, but she said they were just friends.

In the interview for Phoenix TV’s A Date With Luyu, which was due to air on Wednesday night (Feb 22), Kwan also talked about money and family, said Oriental Daily News.

Addressing rumours about her materialism, she said: “People say I’m greedy for money, what does it mean? Who doesn’t have to eat? If my boyfriend is rich or more successful, does it mean I’m greedy for his money? Can’t it be that he’s greedy for my fame?”

Her marriage to Chen was her second.

She had been briefly married to businessman Chris Wong in 1981, said Apple Daily.

Her boyfriends, rumoured or confirmed, include tycoon Joseph Lau and model Jimmy Wong.

Kwan, the daughter of actors Kwan Shan and Chang Ping-sie, said she had a sad childhood and was no pampered princess, contrary to what other people believe.

Her parents divorced when she was 18. When they later left Hong Kong, she lived alone.

When she was 13, her father was not home when her little brother, playing with lighters, started a fire in the study, she said. She had to put it out with an extinguisher herself.

Because her parents were not good at investment, she started working part-time from a young age to support the family and also entered show business.

“Actually, it was really hard. In the first year, I shot five to six TV dramas, and two movies. I was really going crazy, sleeping only two to three hours a day, drifting to and fro like a ghost. I didn’t enjoy that process.”

She said she had no money to go to university, and to realise her childhood dream to become an interior designer.

“I dreamt a lot, but didn’t realise it,” she added. “I had no choice.”

In 1984, she was rumoured to be the third party in businessman William Ma and actress Maggie Chan’s marriage, which ended, said Apple Daily.

Asked about it, Kwan answered: “I didn’t take the initiative. I can’t stop people from doing anything for me.”

But she added that she had regrets because she hurt someone.
