More than 1,000 soldiers from the SAF armour units are involved in the 93-day bilateral exercise, dubbed Exercise Panzer Strike, which was started in 2009 and is now in its eighth instalment. The exercise this year is conducted in two phases, from March 2 to April 20, and from Sept 14 to Oct 26.
