It looks like wedding bells are in order for Australian supermodel, Miranda Kerr and her soon-to-be husband, Snapchat founder and billionaire, Evan Spiegel.
Kerr shared the good news with her followers on Instagram on Thursday (July 21), with a picture of a diamond ring and the caption: “I said yes!!!”.
The picture was also edited to include a Bitmoji sticker that depicted Spiegel, 26, proposing to Kerr, 33, in cartoon style with the words “Marry Me” attached prominently beneath.
According to Vanity Fair, Kerr and Spiegel met at a Louis Vuitton party back in 2014 but only made their romance public a year later.
And just two months ago, the couple bought a US$12 million (S$16.27 million) pad in Los Angeles to move into together, added Vanity Fair.
According to Forbes magazine, the Victoria’s Secret model earned close to US$5.5 million last year while it was reported that Spiegel has an estimated net worth of US$2.1 billion.
This is Kerr’s second marriage, but Spiegel’s first.
Kerr was formerly married to actor, Orlando Bloom and the pair have a five-year-old son, Flynn.
Since their split, Kerr was rumoured to have dated actor Leonardo DiCaprio, singer Justin Bieber as well as Australian businessman, James Packer before crossing paths with Spiegel.
