2017 looks hopeful, if this heart-warming video is anything to go by.
Facebook page Beh Chia Lor – Singapore Road has posted a clip of kind biker stopping to help an injured bird.
The clip, credited to Hu Tianfa, shows the biker (FBJ6417R) stopping on the right-most lane of a street near Admiralty MRT Station.
This was because he had spotted two birds on the road, one of which looked to be badly injured.

He can be seen getting off the motorcycle and carrying the injured bird to the bushes by the side of the road, where he places it.
He then gets back on the motorcycle and rides off.
Hu Tianfa said he switched his vehicles hazard lights on to warn others, and waited behind the biker.
