Last month, the Singapore-based offshore oil rig builder refuted allegations that its top executives authorised the agent, Zwi Skornicki, to pay bribes on its behalf for contracts between Keppel and two companies – Sete Brasil Participacoes and Petroleo Brasileiro, also known as Petrobras.
