Hopefully johorians are exempted from quit rent and assesment or at least given free water, cos we pay higher then KL! Low cost application from RM5 is now RM50!
And all the money will be used to help the poor johorian tp get better housings?

What does quit rent mean? It is a tax mechanism such that if there is a dispute or breach of contract, then you have to move out.
