HDB chairman James Koh to retire; succeeded by Bobby Chin

Mr James Koh Cher Siang will retire as Chairman of the Housing and Development Board (HDB) on Sep 30. He will be succeeded by the board’s current deputy chairman, Mr Bobby Chin Yoke Choong.
