Govt doesn't encourage online gambling, but ‘recognises reality’ of it growing: Tan Chuan-Jin

While it can ‘send a very clear signal’ with an outright ban on online gambling, the government has to see how best they can look after the well-being of Singaporeans, said the Minister for Social and Family Development.
