Paris – A German Grand Prix at Hockenheim is off the Formula One calendar in 2017, the historic circuit’s owner disclosed on Thursday.
Hockenheim boss George Seiler told SID, a subsidiary of AFP, and other German media that talks with F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone had broken down.
As a result the F1 menu will comprise 20 races next season as opposed to the record 21 held in 2016.
