Former beach patroller who raped partygoer sentenced to 11 years’ jail and caning

A former beach patrol officer who raped a drunken partygoer as she lay unconscious on Siloso Beach in May 2012 was sentenced to 11 years and 19 days’ jail and 12 strokes of the cane.
