Most of their diets contain only the basic nutrients that are required, such as protein, vitamins and anti-oxidants. On top of their strict dieting routine, they also go through a rigorous work-out regimen.

Lunch: half-bowl of rice, 2 cabbage leaves
Dinner: 1 cucumber, 2 cabbage leaves
Bae Suzy
Daily: 1 sweet potato, small serving of chicken breasts, 1 glass of milk

Daily: 1 apple, 2 sweet potatoes, 1 protein packed drink
Ailee
Daily: 1 banana, small serving of chicken breasts, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of paprika and vegetables.
