Extreme diets of Korean stars Park Shin-hye, Suzy and IU revealed

During a segment on channel FashionN’s “Follow Me Season 5,” style and beauty analysts revealed some of the extreme dieting routines of Park Shin-hye, Bae Suzy, IU and Ailee.

Most of their diets contain only the basic nutrients that are required, such as protein, vitamins and anti-oxidants. On top of their strict dieting routine, they also go through a rigorous work-out regimen.

It is important to note that these stars only go through their extreme dieting methods to lose weight quickly. These are not their normal dieting routines, but just short-term methods to suit certain roles in dramas or movies.

The diet of the stars is not proven safe. Its effect can vary from person to person. Before starting a diet programme one should consult with doctors and professionals.

The hosts of the show also stressed that these diets could be extremely harmful to the body, and could lead to hair loss, depression and other health problems.

Lunch: half-bowl of rice, 2 cabbage leaves

Dinner: 1 cucumber, 2 cabbage leaves

 

Bae Suzy

Daily: 1 sweet potato, small serving of chicken breasts, 1 glass of milk
