SINGAPORE – The public will be able to inspect the election expenses for last month’s Bukit Batok by-election from tomorrow (June 15).
The Elections Department (ELD) said in a statement that the public will be able to view the expense reports for six months at its premise. It added that each set of candidate returns will cost $2 to inspect.
People who want to inspect these reports should notify the ELD at least one working day in advance. The records are available for inpsection from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
