Ex-teacher jailed 22 months for getting teen girl to send him explicit photos and videos

Kuang Liang Yong, 47, preyed on two teenage girls and toyed with their feelings via manipulative, threatening text messages. He was sentenced to 22 months’ jail on Friday (Oct 7).
