Don't 'jump to conclusions' on proposed changes to Elected Presidency: Tan Cheng Bock

In a Facebook post on Saturday (Sep 10), the ex-Presidential hopeful urged the public not to jump to conclusions that the proposed changes were intended to disqualify him from contesting the Presidential Election.
