Give priority to those in Putrajaya please. They need doses of sanity and perhaps a new brain as long as it is not from another donkey or a mule. Surely not from thieves and crooks!!
Many of the homeless have mental problems. Nobody cares for them nor speak out for them.
Perhaps this group could look into this!
