It’s not the first time he’s getting married, but it was One FM 91.3 DJ Glenn Ong’s first stag party, and it was a Friday night full of booze and babes.

Ong is set to wed Class 95 DJ Jean Danker, 37, on Dec 16. They have been dating for seven years and engaged for five.

The One FM’s #1 Breakfast Show jock received a lap dance from two beautiful dancers, and was blindfolded with a cloth and horse mask halfway through the routine.

When he took off his blindfold, Ong, 46, was surprised to see that he had been dancing with Nella “The BarbieBoy”.

Ong said: “It was so much fun until I took my mask off and I realised that the person that was pressing onto me, was a guy!”

And he added with a laugh: “That was absolutely the highlight of my night.”

Nella said: “He was so shocked when he saw me in front of him. I think he enjoyed himself because he’s so sporting.

“The event today was so successful and so happening, the people here are so fun and I enjoyed myself so much.”

The party was held at Le Noir, a premium night club at Clarke Quay.

It was planned by One FM fans who sent in their party ideas to the station.

The listeners also scored invites to the party, dubbed the People’s Stag Party as Ong is the station’s “The People’s DJ”.

FIRST TIME

Said One FM producer Andre Hoeden, 41: “This is the first time we are trying this, where the listeners determine everything that happens in the party, from the theme to the venue to the entertainment to whatever games we play on stage.

“It turned out very nice because we never would have come up with the theme, which included horses.”

Added fellow One FM’s #1 Breakfast Show jock Elliott Danker: “There’s a risk of whether or not listeners will enjoy themselves when you plan a party but, this time around, the listeners planned it, so you know for sure that this is what they want.”

Miss Jane Koh, 34, who has been a loyal fan of Ong since the 2000s, said: “I decided on the whisky challenge for the stag party because it is enjoyable to see him drink.”

The party kicked off with a performance by local band Nation One, who performed renditions of pop and rock songs like Secret Love Song and Sweet Child O’ Mine.

GAME

Ong then played a game called Property Of, where girls wrote the bride’s name on Ong’s shirt with a lipstick in their mouths.

The night ended with another game called He Said She Said, where Ong was quizzed on some facts about his fiancee.

For every question he got wrong, Ong had to down a whisky shot.

“I’m really touched because this whole thing had been a secret. Andre, Elliot and Flying Dutchman (fellow DJ whose real name is Mark van Cuylenburg), they have been organising this for the longest time,” said Ong.

“So much effort went into the planning of this party, so I’m just so overwhelmed.

“I have never had a bachelor party even though I was married twice before, so this is so much fun.”
