KUALA LUMPUR – The autopsy on the body of Kim Jong-nam, half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, has been completed.
Sepang OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Aziz Ali, who left the Hospital Kuala Lumpur mortuary at around 7.50pm yesterday in an unmarked car, confirmed that the post-mortem had concluded.
But he declined to reveal when the remains would be claimed.

By 8pm, the four cars from the North Korean embassy, which had been there since early in the day, started to leave the mortuary compound.
Their departure was hampered by a crowd of local and foreign pressmen rushing to take photographs of the occupants.
Two had diplomatic plates and were parked inside the mortuary compound while another remained outside from about 11am.
Dozens of reporters and cameramen gathered outside the mortuary compound from as early as 10am, but the compound was declared off-limits to the media.
Several police cars and policemen were also seen on standby outside the mortuary.

City police chief Comm Datuk Amar Singh spent about 10 minutes inside the mortuary before leaving in a police car at about 11am.
A car, believed to be that of a high ranking embassy official, arrived at about 2.15pm.
It is not known if the ambassador was inside.
Several journalists tried to approach another car that arrived soon after but were stopped by auxiliary policemen.
