I know Coldplay tickets are sold out but I do want to mention that membership has its privileges for Hilton Honours members especially with a refresh of their award-winning programme.

Yours truly has been lucky to be invited for Friday’s gig at the Hilton Hospitality Suite at the Singapore Sports Hub National Stadium. So, for those who are there, please wave hello back when you see crazy me jumping up and down with complete happiness.
I’m still deciding where to go after the concert. Here are some choices:
You can “get away without going away” this weekend with the Singapura Dub Club who are hosting Soul Island Singapore.
On Friday, there are showing the film about late singer Amy Winehouse at the Projector on Beach Road, then having an after-party at the same venue.
On Saturday, they will have a pool party at Amara Hotel on Tanjong Pagar Road.
And on Sunday, they round off the weekend with a family-friendly BBQ at Camp Kilo Charcoal Club in Kallang.
There’s also the Singapore International Jazz Festival & The Late Show to check out at the Marina Bay Sands area from Friday till Sunday.
If you like Bassment Jaxx or Brian McKnight and Chaka Khan, go for this.
And there’s also Armin van Buuren performing on Saturday at The Meadows at Gardens by the Bay.
Why must everything happen on the same weekend? But the Party Girl must go!
