$8.4m Singapore Toto prize won by one lucky person

A sole player has struck jackpot, winning $8,400,000 after purchasing a Quick Pick Ordinary Toto ticket from Beauty World Centre’s Giant Supermarket.

According to Lianhe Wanbao, the $8400,000 was a result of the prize money snowballed over weeks, as no one had won on the last three draws on the Sep 28, Oct 2 and Oct 5 draws.

The jackpot of $8,400,000 was the highest to be won by a single winner this year.

The winning numbers were 6, 14, 17, 40, 43, 49, while the additional number was 48.

The second highest winnings of $8,030,687 occurred last month, after snowballing from the past three draws which saw no winners as well.
