Thai authorities display 21 rhino horns from Ethiopia, weighing 49.4 kilograms and worth Bt173 million (S$6.9 million), during a press conference on Tuesday at Suvarnabhumi International Airport’s Passenger Control Customs Bureau. Two female suspects tried to collect baggage containing the horns but they managed to escape detention amid the chaos as officials seized the contraband.
