Vivian Balakrishnan wraps up 4-day introductory visit to Tokyo

During his trip to Tokyo, Singapore’s Foreign Affairs Minister met Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and discussed possibilities for future bilateral cooperation, including tackling low birth rates and a shrinking workforce.
