Town Councils, not URA, responsible for Neighbourhood Renewal Programmes: PAP

In a statement issued in response to a comment by Singapore Democratic Party chief Chee Soon Juan, the People’s Action Party says Town Councils are responsible for initiating and implementing neighbourhood upgrading plans.
