They say that crime doesn’t pay, but things have worked out differently for former inmate Jeremy Meeks, who has defied the odds and turned his criminal record into a successful career.
Born with dreamy blue eyes and natural pouty lips, Meeks (also known as the “hot felon”) first set the Internet ablaze when a copy of his mugshot was uploaded by California police.
Thanks to that viral mugshot, the married father-of-three landed himself a modelling contract which he started as soon as he was released from prison.
Despite spending 16 months in jail for felony weapon charges, the former inmate nicknamed “Dreamy McMug Shot” maintained his fit physique, including those famous washboard abs.
And his hard work has obviously paid off.
With the success he has found, the 33-year-old now rides around in a sleek Maserati, and calls this huge mansion home.
But while he has hit the jackpot, Meeks remains committed to his wife and kids. Aside from the high-life he now leads, photos posted on his Instagram account also document precious moments he spends with his family.
