A Singapore Airlines flight caught fire at Changi Airport when it made a landing after taking off hours earlier.
According to a Facebook post by premiummall.sg, the plane was apparently leaking oil for three hours after take-off and needed to turn back.
After reaching Changi Airport, the engine burst into flames as it was landing. The fire was put out quickly with foam and water, according to the post.
Channel NewsAsia reported that SQ368 that was heading for Milan at 2.05am had an engine problem two hours after take-off.
As the plane was landing, the engine caught fire and passengers inside could see the right wing burning, according to the report.
It also reported that the plane landed at around 7am and the fire has been put out.
premiummall.sg’s post also said that all passengers are safe and evacuated from the plane.
