Mr Chee was speaking at the launch of the Remembering Lee Kuan Yew exhibition in the Toa Payoh Central Community Hub, which was launched alongside the Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC Citizenship Ceremony, where some about new citizens received their citizenship certificates.
