SINGAPORE – Certificate of entitlement (COE) bidding ended mostly lower in September’s second exercise, with dips registered for Category A, Category B and Open category vehicles.
The premium in Cat A, for cars below 1,600 cc or 130 hp, fell by $1,506 to $50,000.
The price for Cat B cars above 1,600 cc and 130 hp fell from $57,002 to $55,501, while those in the Open category also dropped from $56,889 to $55,201 .
The premium for motorcycles, however, rose slightly from $6,452 to $6,501.
The price for goods vehicles in Cat C remained almost unchanged, edging up slightly from $49,801 to $49,890.
