从事物流工作的国人，可开始申请未来技能进修奖。成功申请者可获5000元的奖金，用来抵消进修课程的费用。政府接下来将在每个展开产业转型的领域中，颁发这个未来技能进修奖。物流业是我国经济中的关键增长领域，也是首批展开产业转型的领域之一，其成长和转型可为国人带来新颖和良好的就业机会。政府今年打算为从事物流工作的国人，颁发50份未来技能进修奖，鼓励他们掌握这方面的深层技能。副总理兼经济及社会政策统筹部长尚达曼昨天在国际物流公司敦豪（DHL）的先进区域中心开幕典礼上讲话时，作出以上宣布。他表示，物流业是新加坡开埠以来就并存的产业。尽管有些产业随时间流逝而消失、有些新产业后来出现，但物流业由始至终都是新加坡经济的命脉，未来也是如此。尚达曼也指出，物流业是竞争激烈的产业，不再只关乎地理位置，而是越来越注重科技和技能。他说："通过未来技能计划（SkillsFuture），政府正与物流业者和学府展开企业层面和领域层面的计划，协助国人掌握和接触技能，以充分利用这些机会。"他指出，更多货仓采用大型自动化系统可取代吃力和单调的体力工作，这意味货仓的就业机会将转向更复杂的控制塔工作，使物流业的就业机会更吸引人。此外，自动化也创造其他的工作需求，如物流解决方案设计者、自动化专家，以及信息系统专家等。根据敦豪资料，本地物流业产值达189亿美元（约253亿新元）。根据统计局资料，截至去年9月，运输和存储业劳动人口为23万6600人。已有八物流企业参与政府强化实习计划政府将在几方面鼓励国人掌握物流业的深层技能。在就业前阶段，已有八家物流业企业参与政府的强化实习计划（Enhanced Internship），负责训练工院和工教院学生。首批计划下的物流业实习生有48人，其中11人在敦豪实习。从事物流工作的国人，可开始申请50份未来技能进修奖（SkillsFuture Study Award）。成功申请者可获5000元的奖金，用来抵消进修课程的费用。政府接下来将在每个展开产业转型的领域中，颁发这个未来技能进修奖。政府也会与企业合作，通过经济发展局主导的未来技能领袖培育计划（SkillsFuture Leadership Development Initiative），协助国人成为企业的领导人。敦豪是首个与政府合作，培养新加坡籍管理人员的物流业者。尚达曼表示，他期望看到更多这类合作，为国人带来更多机会。他表示，政府也致力于为每个领域发展一套技能水平框架和相连的技能认证。昨天开幕的敦豪先进区域中心位于淡滨尼格林威治通道（Greenwich Drive），占地超过9万平方公尺，聘请超过1000名员工。中心耗资1亿6000万元兴建，其自动化供应链系统价值1880万元。中心也设敦豪亚太创新中心，是公司在德国以外首设的创新中心。里面试点的新科技包括扩增实境（Augmented Reality，简称AR）技术，实验让物流从业员佩戴AR眼镜工作的情形。透过AR眼镜，物流从业员可看到他们想获取的信息，如货物放在哪里，手上不用携带任何笔记或其他移动设备。敦豪在欧洲进行的相关实验显示，AR眼镜可增加从业员25％的生产力。集团首席执行官安澎（Frank Appel）解释说，尽管机械人和电脑技术已相当发达，它们仍无法应付比较复杂的情况，但这对人而言却是轻而易举的事，但人面对的挑战是记忆力有限。他说，AR技术则能很好地结合电脑的记忆力和人应对复杂局面的能力，从而提升从业员工作的生产力。经发局助理局长黄伟翔说："随着敦豪先进区域中心的一流供应链作业开始在我国起飞，我们在目睹本地物流业转型的关键新篇章。"Get the full story from Lianhe ZaobaoCategory: NewsSingaporePublication Date: Wednesday, April 20, 2016 - 00:00Send to mobile app: Byline: 沈越
