After months of circulating rumours, Beyonce and Disney finally confirmed that she will be playing the role of Nala for the remake of The Lion King. She posted the complete cast on her Facebook account while Disney posted on their Twitter account.
Beyonce will be with a star-studded cast as Donald Glover will play Simba, Chiwetel Ejiofor as villain Scar, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa with Billy Eichner as Timon. James Earl Jones will also reprise his role as Mufasa from the 1994 animated version, while Alfre Woodard will play Sarabi.
