15 volunteers to promote responsible, gracious cycling habits in Toa Payoh

These volunteers will go around hotspots in their neighbourhood to check on reckless cyclists and users of personal mobility devices (PMDs), and to educate people on safe habits to adopt when they are riding on paths and roads.
